WestUnionFest's “Train on the Tracks” 5K has an added feature this year. There will be a medal issued for the Brandi Kay Bowen Memorial Award. This will be awarded to the top runner, age 15 - 19, who graduated or is now enrolled in Doddridge County High School. Prior winners of the Brandi Kay Bowen Award will be excluded from future competition for this Medal.
