The Trillium Arts Guild is a nonprofit organization that promotes and encourages the artisans of Doddridge County and the surrounding area. We hope to share our knowledge, skills, and talents with both residents and visitors to our area.
Some of us work in the traditional crafts that reflect the rich heritage of West Virginia, while others explore new and original art forms.
We want to include as many artisans as possible.
The show will be free to the public and will be held in the main building at the Doddridge County Park. Musicians will be performing throughout the weekend and a limited number of local food venders will be present.
This year we are working to include several demonstrators. Although incomplete, the possible list includes glass blowing, basketry, blacksmithing, wood carving, chain saw carving, water color painting and more.
We are also planning a children’s corner where youngsters can enjoy face painting as well as some “create and take”.
The show will be advertised in newspapers, on television and radio
throughout North Central West Virginia. Please return your registration form and fee as early as possible so that you might be included in our advertising.

Fee $50 per exhibit space for nonmembers; $30 for members
Eligibility Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. No commercially manufactured items purchased from wholesalers or kits will be allowed.
Registration Requirements Completed form and fee must be received by April 4. All participants must be present for the duration of the show. ( Click here for registration form )
Exhibit Space Exhibit spaces are approx. 8’ x 10’. All spaces will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, however, those needing electricity must be along a wall. One 8’ table and two chairs will be provided. No table covers will be provided. Those needing electricity must bring a sturdy extension cord.
All participants must register upon arrival.
Please respond as early as possible so that your information might be included in our advertising.
Liability. The exhibit hall will be locked when not open to the public.
Exhibitors are responsible for any excessive damage to the exhibit area. Neither the Trillium Arts Guild nor the Doddridge County Park Board will be responsible for loss or damage from any cause. No insurance will be provided. Entry into this show confirms and accepts this agreement. The Trillium Arts Guild and the Doddridge County Park Board are not liable for personal injury or any damage to vehicles or personal property.
All monies collected, as well as the tax liability for it, belong to the individual exhibitor.
